I ordered this costume for my daughter because the price was right and she liked the picture. It arrived very quickly after shipping. It fits her well, so the sizing information is accurate. The material used is much higher in quality than what I see in most specialty costume shops, and much higher than what is used in the costumes you would get at Wal-Mart or Target. When it arrived, the plastic necklace was crushed and broken. The skirt is made of many "flags" that hang down and are not attached to one another, so pants or tights must be worn underneath. My daughter is very happy with it. It is very cute.
