After debating what to dress our daughter up for Halloween, Hubby and I decided at the Twelth Hour, on this costume. Was able to order and get on time. Baby didn't like wearing the headpiece, but that's not the manufacturer's fault. Got some great pictures and memories from this purchase. Thanks!
Cheap but cute
As other reviews have mentioned, this is a cheaply-made costume, but not any more so than what you get at Target. It's for one or two wearings, though, and will hold up just fine. We ordered the 12-18 mos. size for our skinny boy who turned 2 in June because of other reviewers who said it was huge. The body fits pretty well, but is 1/2-inch short in the legs. The velcro closures on the fur part of the front panel open up only one side--and that's the only way in and out--so getting in and out for diaper changes/potty breaks is quite a hassle. The head part was, of course, too small as is, but with a few adjustments in the lining, it works great and is more comfortable. I think the next bigger size would have been huge, plus it costs way more. The feet are just cloth on the bottom, so I will probably add some gel paint for traction or modify them to be covers for tennis shoes.
