My guy lives in his police and firefighter outfits, but most are long sleeved and hot. We bought this one for the short sleeves and it has really been a hit. The quality is great too. My only negative is the included white t-shirt dickey. I laughed when we pulled that piece out! We don't use that at all; a regular t-shirt works just fine. Also the belt is a bit flimsy. It's holding up and seems to be comfortable so far though.
