TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased this costume at the beginning of September. When I received it, it was the wrong skunk costume and the wrong size. I wrote to customer service about the problem and didn't hear back for over a week and they just told me to call customer support. I called and they said they would figure it out and call me back. Never heard back. I called back a week later and the representative told me he would handle it personally. Told me to send the costume back and they would ship it right out. A week and a half after I sent them the package back and still hadn't received the costume I called back. Sure enough, they never mailed anything out. In fact, they told me they couldn't overnight anything and they were now out of that costume. Its a week before Halloween now and I am scrambling to find something else. If you like the costume try to purchase it through another company if you want to make sure not to go through the nightmare I did. I'm sure I will have...
Cute, but runs big!
The costume is great. Quality material and really warm for the cold October nights. I got the 6-12 month size for my solid 9month old son, and it was really big on him. The hat was so big that it fit my husband's head! I had to have someone take it in, and sew it.. The 6-12mo would be great for a 1yo or older in my opinion!
