I ordered this costume for my 35 lb 21 month old and it fit him perfect! He looks so adorable in it. The hat was a bit too small, but no surprise because his head measures in the 95th percentile and it also had to fit over his hair. I cut a slit in the back to make it fit and it was difficult because there were many layers to cut through since it was made very well and sturdy. The legs close together with velcro for diaper changes, and did come undone a few times when he was running around and playing in the pumpkin patch. We do have some pictures with him sitting that his diaper is showing because of the velcro being undone, but that has happened with snaps on other overalls he has so not a big deal. After the pumpkin patch, I washed the overalls in the washing machine and took it out before the spin cycle and let it drip dry, and it looks great and held up. I would definately recommend it and will be using it for more pumpkin patches and on Halloween.
