The dress is very good quality for a halloween costume. Don't let the picture fool you. The halo does not come w/ the white roses it is just a plastic hoop w/ a lace covering... It was a easy $2 fix but I didn't use roses I couldn't find them anywhere. So I used daisys & small rose buds and mixed them. Hot glued them to the lace covering and made sure not to the plastic hoop so I could arrange them if I needed to... Also the rose buds shown on the dress are not there but I didn't have the time to put them on because halloween was just around the corner... I got a lot of awwwes though so just that made this Mommy happy! ;)
