Bought this for my 3 year old son of average size. He is generally in 4T clothes. This says its 3-4T, which I won't dispute but its on the small side of that. I think he will be able to wear it, but its definitely snug and doesn't leave any room for warm clothes underneath (Halloween in Minnesota can be cold). The costume is cute, it looks just like the picture. The quality of the costume is nothing to brag about. The "fur" of the mane in particular sheds too easily and there was some stitching problems and loose strings, etc...I expect it to survive this years Halloween and not much more than that. I would recommend it but probably more for kids in the 2-3T range.

cute costume. i followed advice from other reviews and ordered size 3T-4T for my 2 years old son. good idea because it was just a tiny bit large on him. a 2T would of been too small. I did not button the hood to the suit because it pulled the hood back to far & you wouldn't know it was a lions head. and unfortunately after one halloween, the costume tore at one of the buttons. it can be repaired. not a bad costume for the price. wasn't scratchy or uncomfortable at all (well my son didn't complain).
Don't buy from this company
This place has deplorable customer service and false advertising. We ordered a lion costume which was advertised as a 4T. When we received it the size was 3T-4T and it didn't fit my Grandson. When we called customer service to explain we were told we had to pay for the return postage and incur a 25% restocking fee. The customer service representative was very curt and told us to file a bad practice claim with Amazon.
