Not an exact replica, but pretty darned close. Made of cheap fuzzy material so do not expect it to last. We bought it for my son's Yo Gabba Gabba themed birthday party and it would be nice if it could hold up til Halloween, but I'm doubtful. The "Rock" belt is not actually a belt it's just a stick-on, so my son kept asking where his belt was. He finally "got it" that the stick-on was supposed to be the belt. Served its purpose. We bought an additional hat because the one it came with was a little too small.
