I bought this item and the leotard didn't arrive with the skirt. The skirt was cute and I contacted the seller to inform them of their mistake. I didn't realize it was supposed to come with a belt so I never received this either! Also the leotard came and did not fit my 2 year old! I couldn't imagine squeezing a 4 year old into this!!! Don't buy if you want an item that fits! I bought the large so be aware that it is wrong!
