The sized offered are 12-18 months and "small." The size chart linked does not actually have a "small" on it. The size chart shown as an image next to the image of the costume has a "small" and describes it as 3-4 years. I ordered the small for my 3 year-old and when it arrived it was clearly labeled "small-2T." It is more like a shirt than a dress on her. It might work, but it I am annoyed about the inconsistent and unclear sizing information. Otherwise, if anything it is even cuter in person than in the photo, I just wish we had the proper size.

Love this costume! It shipped quick and is just as cute in person. Love the texture of the fabric. Seems much more well made than the cheap Halloween store costumes. My only concern is the sizing. I have a very tiny 20 month old and the 2T was really snug. Almost a little too snug. Thankfully she is small or I'm not sure it would come off! :)

What an adorable costume. Quality is what you should expect from the price, but for one evening it looks very nice. Love that in a cold area thick tights underneath and long sleeve shirt will be enough to keep warm. More than happy with this owl costume.
