Received the package pretty fast. Costume is made out of stretchy material like most Halloween costumes are. I got it for my kid who at the time was 6 mths old and I got the 12 mths size and it fits her pretty good. Especially if I were to bundle her up with warmer clothes underneath the costume. Thought the price was good for what I got when I can't find this costume in stores.
