The picture looks much better than the actual dress. It will not frill out unless you have a peticoat underneath it. The material is very thin (like all cheap costumes) & the seams show. I guess I expected more from Disney-not sure why. It is still cute & will work for Halloween & dress up. This review is not meant as a deterrent, but just as an FYI.
Cute costume
It runs a little small. I ordered a 3-4 toddler. My daughter usually wears all 3T clothing. The skirt falls short, but it is super cute!!
Perfect for Disney
I bought this for my niece to take with her to Disney and wear it one of the days she was there. She fell in love with this dress and wore it around the house almost everyday after she got home!
