States the size for ages 3-9 months and it really is just that. I was wondering because there is a big difference in size for a 3 month old and a 9 month old, but bought it anyway (because lil guy will be 6 months for halloween so figured it would fit him great), there is a elastic pull on the bottom so you can close off the bottom, keeping your lil ones feet nice and warm incase of a cool halloween. Also I suggest buying a tan/yellow long sleeve shirt to put underneath this costume, as it is sleevless.
